How to delete your account
We're sorry to see you go. If you're considering deletion because of a technical issue or something our support team can help resolve, please reach out to [email protected] before proceeding.
If you're sure you'd like to close your account and delete its content, follow the steps below.
Deleting your account
1. Head to Admin
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of Blocks, then select Admin to go straight to the My Account page.
2. Click Delete Account
Under the Danger Zone section, click the Delete Account button, then confirm your choice in the pop-up dialog.
How to cancel a deletion request
Changed your mind? We're glad to have you stay. You can cancel your deletion request anytime within 30 days by following the steps below.
1. Head to Admin
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of Blocks, then select Admin to go straight to the My Account page.
2. Click Undo Delete Request
Under the Danger Zone section, click the Undo Delete Request button.
FAQs about account deletion
How long does it take to delete an account?
Your account will be permanently deleted 30 days after the request is submitted.
Can I undo my request and keep my account?
Yes. At any point during the 30-day window, you can return to the My Account page and click Undo Delete Request.
